• Multi-storey East I am disabled so I booked a space weeks before departure to ensure minimum amount of walking. Not only could I find a disabled space but also any space despite driving around for half a hour. I had to leave and be directed to the level D parking area out in the open. Then on return my token was not accepted and I was requested to pay £600. The barrier was only released after phoning your steward.i would have expected better service and maybe a gesture of a refund would be appreciated. No alternative to book with you in the future to get close to departure area.
