• Multi-storey East The car parking was so easy directly at T" at Manchester, I will always now book that way. It was wonderful to get back tired and just walk out to my car. I wish though that you would advise people who are booking fast track through security that it is not needed if you are travelling with a pram or wheelchair otherwise all was well.

• Multi-storey East Problem with entering multi-storey car park at Manchester T2. You need to update your instructions. A token came out but we did not take it as instructed and then it diasappeared. Solved by talking to someone both coming in and out but it was rather confusing. A reminder that tyou need to go back up to Departures on return may be helpful. Had to think hard on which floor we parked.

• Multi-storey East I was instructed by yourselves to scan the barcode or insert my debit card to gain access to manchester t2 multistorey. On arrival I found that there was no facility to do either & I had to buzz for help, I was then instructed to take the token offered to gain access. They said Their number plate recognition camera should have recognised my car & the token would let me out, which it did. I feel you should update your instructions as they appear to be out of date & only caused me confusion & worry.Car park was ideal otherwise.

  the written booking details told me to insert the card i had used for booking payment. this did not tally with the machines which have no space for a card to be inserted.
  it seems that a token is now given on number plate recogntion but that wasn't understood until arrival - then buzzing the staff to be let into the car park
