• Multi-storey East Parked in Manchester T2 multi-storey - would have to park in the check in area to get any closer! Always book with BCP, works like clockwork and have never had any problems. Just a little more expensive than the long stay but well worth it for the convenience of a 30 second walk to the terminal building.

• Multi-storey East All excellent till we came to get car out of car park - not clear how to exit as no instructions for having used pre-paid facility. Therefore had to use assistance button on exit barrier and quote reference number - call answered promptly and left without further incident.

• Multi-storey East I have used BCP a few times parking so close to check in is excellent, however, arrival at parking could be improved. It is sometimes very difficult to find a parking space, this is very frustrating when time is short for check in. As all parking is prepaid it would be very help[full if a section of the car park could be allocated to the cars you are expecting in on that day. It would also help if that section was clearly marked with directions to it. In all other aspects an excellent service Thank you

• Multi-storey East I booked and paid for the short stay at Mcr T2. On arrival this was full and barrier closed. I was re-directed to Long Stay T2 which was carnage with cars parked on pavements etc due to shortage of available spaces. Having paid more for a parking space nearer the airport I subsequently only made my flight check in time with minutes to spare rather than with ample time.

  Because I have to use a walking stick due to arthritis just walking across the road from the terminal
  carpark into the checkin area makes life a lot easier.
