• Multi-storey East Booking process great. Arrival process perfect. However, when we left the car park one of the barriers was not working. The remaining two were blocked by vehicles whose owners could not exit (not sure of reasons). We had to wait 15 mins for officials to arrive who eventually persuaded the drivers to reverse away from the barriers. The barrier I approached would then not recognise my vehicle registration. However, an official answered the intercom and after a quick check I was allowed through. A bit frustrating and inconvenient all round!

• Multi-storey East Great location, just had an issue finding the entrance due to road works. And it’s best to check your instructions throughly, 2 car parks, east & west. Will defo use again, 2 mins walk to the terminal

• Multi-storey East Flight arrived an hour late. Needed to ring at barrier, gave details, no problem. Barrier raised and got on our way

• Multi-storey East Multi-storey T2 entry was blocked with cones, I was unable to enter car park it was very confusing. We eventually had to drive around the cones to get access, no signs displayed to reason entrance blocked off.

• Multi-storey East Experience was easy to book, good communication and details. Only issue was description of where to park; we went into the short stay drop off point at T2 because we were looking for a ramp (as per instructions) but it wasn’t easy to see a ramp given terminal 2 work being undertaken. The airport staff were great and directed us the right way though and it was all a positive experience.

• Multi-storey East Used before and as always it was a seamless parking experience. Used the multi-storey at T2 which is more expensive but for me it’s convenient and secure, just a short walk from parking to departures.

• Multi-storey East Whilst there is renovation work at Manchester airport terminal 2 i believe you need to make it clear that there is now x2 multi story car parks there (East and West). I went to West as there was a big queue at East as i thought i could use either. This wasn't the case, but the kind person on the help button at the barrier changed my booking so i was able to use the West car park instead. Good service!

• Multi-storey East Have been using BCP T2 Multistory regularly for the past 7 years. Makes travelling so much quicker and easier. There is never a problem. Always park in roughly the same spot.Thank you to everyone involved.

• Multi-storey East Manchester airport is a nightmare, the road signs too and from the carparks are covered with excavation hoardings or just confusing, over half the entrances to the carpark were coned off or not working.
