• Multi-storey East Chaotic arrival as no drop off area all traffic had to go through and not clearly signposted if pre paid use this. Had to ask member of staff to clarify. Also could clearly Sadat what levels to park on if pre paid we went round and round before getting to level c with spaces. Have used several times before with no issues. Better signage would help

My only improvement would be to have larger car parking spaces for larger 4x4 vehicles as the current spaces are very tight and it's difficult to unload/reload luggage. I would happily pay a small premium for a larger (wider) space.

• Multi-storey East Definitely recommend booking with BCP, we booked the multi story at T2, no issues when we arrived, car was recognised so we didn’t have to scan our ticket. Found a space really quickly then a two minute walk to the terminal. So easy we found it better than the meet and greet we used to use.
