• Premium Meet and Greet Everything was absolutely fine was greeted by a lovely lady who told me where to park. Then at the finish the gentleman at the desk was also very pleasant

• Long Stay Our flight from Alicante-Valencia was delayed so we didn’t arrive back to Newcastle until after our departure time was already passed.
  We pressed the help button on the validation machine and spoke to a lovely lady who was really helpful and guided us through what we needed to do.
