Premium Meet and Greet Always an excellent service with helpful and friendly staff.

Park and Fly Excellent service, stayed overnight at Premier Inn so booked the car in a day before we were due to fly. Weather was dreadful when we arrived at the hotel but when we dropped the car off my daughter was brought back to the hotel which was excellent service. On arriving back we arrived at the pick up point at the same time as the bus which was superb.

Long Stay My ticket was not recognised at the exit barrier which meant I had to get out of the car and go to the kiosk. Several others had this problem. Tired, wet, and not smooth running for me. Only because I have limited mobility which is why I booked on airport parking. I'd thought about meet n greet but several concerns were raised from your website that no one did meet or greet.

Long Stay Upon departure from the car park the number recognition didn't recognise my registration. I was then being prompted to pay Â£111 to exit. After nearly missing our flight back to Newcastle due to our transfer being 1hr 20mins late this was another hiccup we didn't need as we were still a little stressed from the flight and it was very late in the day. Fortunately the call button worked and after a quick conversation and number plate confirmation we were allowed to exit the car park.

Long Stay Apart from they trying to charge me Â£87 as I tried to get out it was fine, staff dealt with issue and we finally got out of Car Park...

Park and Fly Parking easy, stress free and efficient. Quick journey to airport. My only concern is that the shuttle buses should be equipped with a step for use on arrival as they are difficult to access for people with short legs or limited movement in a joint! Our bus had a step to use at the car park when entering the vehicle, but none when alighting at the airport.
