• Park and Fly We have used park and fly 4 times now and 3 of the times we have been kept waiting in the cold for the transport to turn up to take us back to collect our car. This time we waited minutes in the rain along with a number of other customers

• Park and Fly On our return home back to the car park in the minibus the dirve slammed on his brakes and the five of us went in the back of the chairs the dirve did not check if passengers was ok or apologise for the horse breaking my little one year old daughter banged her head off the back of the seat and was crying and he did not even apologize 😠😠

• Park and Fly Found the pick up back at Newcastle to be less than satisfactory- it would seem that there was not enough pick up mini buses for the number of flights arriving at the same time resulting in a good minute wait to be taken back to our car. Not very good when you have 2 young children in tow

• Park and Fly Although slow processing the booking in of the car @ 5 am on the morning of the flight even though I pre booked it. Courtesy bus to airport was fine. Return was better. Courtesy bus was waiting & collecting car was quick & where the car was ready to collect was very close to where the courtesy bus dropped you off.
