• Park and Fly THE SERVICE IS REALLY SHOCKING. ON RETURN TO NEWCASTLE I WAS LEFT STANDING OUTSIDE THE TERMINAL FOR 4O MINUTES AFTER THE PLANE LANDED ON TIME. EVENTUALLY I TOOK A TAXI TO THE PARK AREA TO BE TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT SEE ME ON THE CAMERA AS I WAS STANDING IN THE WRONG PLACE!!! THERE ARE NO SIGNS SAYING "PARK AND FLY" AND YOU KNEW THAT THE PLANE HAD LANDED SO WHAT IS GOING ON. APPALLING ATTITUDE AND THEN YOU DID NOT KNOW WHERE MY CAR WAS. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THAT I HAVE DIFFICULTY WITH YOU. NEVER AGAIN. FIRE THE STAFF!!

• Park and Fly Very close to airport.staff on reception unavailable for a while both on booking in & picking up. Pick up quick but took 6 passengers past 'park & fly' to drop 2 at a more distant place, callendars(?)before coming back. Seemed a daft way to organise it especially when other P&F passengers were left waiting at airport.

• Park and Fly We had minutes to spare when getting to the airport.we didn't get chance to drop our keys and I was worried when we flew that my car would be ok.when I reached Bulgaria I was worried so contacted bcp by email and spoke to a lovely woman called Sophie who got on the case to make sure I left my car In the right place. Sophie got back to me and readied me everything was ok.when I returned everything was fine top company and would highly recommend
