• Park and Fly On arrival at 5am there were no spaces by the check in and it was hard to find one in the dark and wet. You need to keep them clear.

• Park and Fly I first dropped the car off and had to wait I've half hour for the poor girl behind the counter to deal with a influx of customers.
  Had to guess where the car was parked on my return as staff said it was where I left it, which it wasn't the door was scratched never made a fuss as it will polish out.
  Had to walk over to the car park cause there was approx 15-20 people waiting for a lift.
  Used lots of different car parks for business and this is far the worst service

• Park and Fly I have used New castle Park & Fly many times over the years. I felt on this occasion that we seemed to have to wait longer both for transport to the airport and back to the Car Park on our return. I noted that the transfer buses have been renewed but have they got the same capacity? Not quite the experience I have had in the past in terms of friendliness etc. Bit disappointed
