• Park and Fly No problems, except waiting for the mini bus on return, no-one knew where the bus would pull in, so people got on first who werent at the stop first. A board would be helpful saying queue here for park and fly.

• Park and Fly Parked at Flypark off airport parking at Newcastle. Don't know what it is with this airport but the pickup service is not good hasn't been for years. The bus is never there on your return and you have to wait 10minutes or so at least!! Not what you want arriving back in the cold in the middle of the night and after a 5 hour flight and after waiting 1 hour to get to passport control...just adds to the misery but there is little choice as on airport parking is worse when you have to wait for the buses and they're full!!

• Park and Fly 20 minute wait for bus and then a tour round all the car parks before getting to park-and-fly. It took 40 mintes to get to a car park that was "2 minutes from airport" (I could have walked it more quickly if it were not for the luggage). Gone downhill since been taken over by Newcastle Airport.

• Park and Fly We always use park and fly and up until this booking never had a problem. On our return to pick up the car I was informed I wasn't on the list as to were other passengers. It turned out there was a problem with the paperwork and it was rectified and everyone got their keys however I didn't as my booking said Majorca and wrong reg number when I had came from Alicante
