• JetParks 1 I am Mr. Bowman, not Mr. Jackson as per your e-mail. I made two bookings, 1 for myself and 1 for my friend Mr. Jackson but you don't seem to have picked up on this.
  On arrival at Jet Parks 1 my vehicle's reg/plate was not recognised and I had to ring and speak to an operator who eventually let me in but no ticket was produced from the machine.
  On leaving the car park my vehicles reg/plate was not recognised again, I had no ticket to put into the machine and no one answered the call bell for at least 10 mins by which time I had a long line of angry motorists behind me, had visited the nearby white hut eventually finding a man sat in the back who said it wasn't his problem as he only drove the big white bus outside!. My frined Mr. Jackson who was travelling behind in his vehicle, the car parking which I had booked for him had a similar entry and exit problem.
  Not a very good service or satisfactory process at all

• JetParks 1 would be helpful if passengers on the bus put their luggage on the racks provided, and not blocking the aisle with their luggage, obstructing the passengers who did use said racking,blocking their way when trying to retrieve their luggage to get off the bus !

• JetParks 1 I think the sign post for the car park was confusing the barrier let us through on our return the barrier would not open and we was told we had parked in the wrong car park and had to pay a further 40 pound .it should not have opened in the first place
