• JetParks 1 The bus-drivers were helpful - the only staff we met. What was difficult was finding a parking-space. It would be good if you had some kind of direction to a particular part of the car park where there were spaces.

• JetParks 1 Great experience,arrived at car park then found a space,parked up and waited for the bus which arrived within a couple of minutes then dropped off at departures.Same service on journey back,my only criticism would be an orderly queue of people would have worked better than the stampede as the bus opened its doors,but i would definately use BCP again.

• JetParks 1 on exit we were asked for payment thogh we had paid already, we were asked for booking ref and when provided we were allowed out. The question is what would we had done if we had not kept copies of our paper work, its a simple matter to use number plate and/or name for records

• JetParks 1 The parking was well sign posted, and the shuttle bus service was quick and efficient. The only negative in this experience is the acces to the parking (Shuttle Plus) which seemed to take time as the original parking Economy 2 was full and we were diverted to Shuttle Plus.

• JetParks 1 The car park we booked at EMA was full with directions to go to an adjacent car park. The number plate recognition did not automatically note the change. The car park attendant was helpful and very quickly sorted our entry out. It might be useful to put on the tickets for people to make a note of where they have left their car. we spent 10 mins looking for ours. also the shuttle bus signage for return to car park could be improved at EMA

• JetParks 1 I always find the service at East Midlands to be very satisfactory. It was nice to recieve an e-mail warning of likely problems getting to the Airport. These did not actually materialise but better early than missing the plane.
