  • JetParks 1 Booked on-line, no problem. System at the barrier worked fine. Buses to pick us up and drop us off ran on schedule. Car where I left it. No problems.

  • JetParks 1 On arrival at Jet Parks 1. I was unable to gain access due there being NO booking on the Jet Parks system. After numerous attempts, including calling yourselves, whilst at the gate. It became clear that Jet Parks had not received my booking from you.
    To avoid missing our flight. The only option, as given by the attendant, was to follow his instruction and proceed to an alternative Car Park, which I would have to pay for.

  • JetParks 1 The entry and exit work perfectly however the surface of the car park and the scruffy nature of the site was poor, large pieces of stones to park on of which many were on the paths and drives made it difficult to walk on, especially in the dark. I have booked many times with BCP and this is the worst car park ever. I am surprised that EMA have such a poor car park as they are spending millions of pounds on the site. Hopefully EMA will perform a make over this winter while the car park is closed

  • JetParks 1 The car park did run smoothly, as soon as we arrived the barrier went up as it recognised the number plate. Everything was safe and exactly the same as how we left the van. We did struggle for a space when we arrived however, and this is in October which worries me if you need a space in height of season. The carpark is gravel and therefore people park between two spaces the few spaces that were empty were taken up with cars spreading out, there is tiny lines on the lanes but no one takes any notice of them. I think the carpark needs to be tarmacked with white lines people have to abide by. BCP itself was the cheapest carpark long company due to my partner parking with them before and getting discount codes, everything ran smoothly with them.

  • JetParks 1 What's the point of having a number plate recognition system that doesn't recognise the number plate.the whole point is to make access easier but it did,nt work.so we asked for help.to which they replied have you pre booked.well of course we have was my reply.unfortunately the cars that were queuing up behind us did,nt seem too happy about it.afterall it was 4.o,clock in the morning.
