  Had to contact control on return to exit the car park.

• Mid Stay 1 The parking was fine, found a space straight away. Only 5 mins walk to departures. On the way back, due to current building work at east midlands, it was a bit of a trek to get to the car. Then to get to the barrier and insert our ticket to be told we owned £70, we were not best happy. Took over 2 mins for someone to answer the intercom, which is a long time when people are pipping you you from behind. We have used your parking lots of times and this is the second time this has happened, it may just have put us off!!!

• Mid Stay 1 Barrier not working due to some wind and rain on arrival. Took some time for attendant to find reservation when exiting. Other than that, we'll located, reasonable value, will probably use again.

• Mid Stay 1 the automatic numberplate recognition is good when it is working.
  we needed to call the operative to deal with the parking ticket, which was fine as we were on a daytime flight.
  Hopefully, there are attendants there during the night also.
  things have improved as it was a bigger car park on this occasion.BCP at East Midlands is walking distance to departures so its very good for us.

• Mid Stay 1 Only problem was the car park I had booked at was full and I was redirected to an alternative car park. I was informed my parking ticket could be changed at car park desk in arrivals hall, but at 1.00 am in the morning I could find no such desk. However situation was well sorted when leaving car park over intercom with your representative so happy in the end.

• Mid Stay 1 Parking was great and easy walking distance from the airport, although when I arrived, the car park was full, despite having pre booked. I used my initiative and parked elsewhere, confirming with the help desk that this was ok.
