• Meet and Greet Arrived back at EMA took only 5 minutes to collect my vehicle.Meet and Greet is the only service I use when flying from here,which we do at least twice a year

• Meet and Greet we found the process arriving at the terminal very easy with an intercom system telling us which bay to drive our car to and then just literally a stones throw to drop keys off. The staff there were very friendly. The only niggle would be on our return we went to the office to collect our keys and they instructed us where our car was parked which bearing in mind it was early hours and very dark I had to treck round the large car park looking for the bay which turned out to be on the edge. I expected it to be parked closer.

• Meet and Greet I had an issue with a disabled partner and the distance they had to walk the staff in the office kindly arrange to move my car closer into a disability space. This was such and understanding gesture for which I would like to thank them.

• Meet and Greet My only complaint with East Midlands M&G is that everytime we get back and start our journey home we find whoever drove it to the parking area has moved/lost our pre-tuned radio stations or played about with the inbuilt BMW satnav. It is extremely annoying and your drivers should be told to drive only and not touch peoples settings etc.
