• Meet and Greet This service was useless for the intended purpose, there was a queue of over minutes to get into the car park as only one of the scan bays was being used.
  On returning to collect my car keys I had to queue for over minutes outside to get to collect my car key. Essentialy I paid for a service to speed up and make easier my airport experience and it did the opposite, it was a waste of money. would have been better parking in the normal car park and walking to the terminal.

• Meet and Greet We had to queue for minutes to enter the car park, this left us very short of time and Meet and Greet need to sort this out. We have used this service at other airports and never had an issue. Disappointing

• Meet and Greet The process was slick. There wasn't a 'Meet' part of it, I was expecting to hand my keys to someone near the terminal but instead I was 'greeted' at the gate and directed to a parking area.
  Assume Meet and Greet is a legacy term as security means you don't stop directly in front of the terminal at EMA.
  Regardless, the service was quick and the staff friendly. On return, gave my receipt was told exactly which bay the car was in and the quickest way to walk there.
  For the price, I was very happy with it.

• Meet and Greet Always use the meet ang greet parking at East Midlands. Very easy to book, right next to the terminal. No waiting around for ages for shuttle bus. Will continue to use this service and highly recommend it!
