• Meet and Greet We have a complaint about the service we received on 6 August 2016 at East midlands airport. We travelled with friends and booked meet and greet to save us time. On returning from holiday, we went to collect our keys and they were not there. The office said they thought we were returming on 8th august. It finally turned out that they had two customers with our surname and they had mixed us up and brought the wrong car round. We had to wait for the keys to be collected from the safe and our car to be brought round to us. It took 25 minutes. There was nowhere to sit while we waited, outside in the hot sun. We were disappointed with the service. The people who had paid less for the shuttle bus service got to their cars before we did. We use your service a lot and usually have no problem. This was a disappointing end to our holiday.

• Meet and Greet No it did not go smoothly,on my return my bumper was scratched.After cleaning my car on my return,I also found damage to my rear bumper and rear passengers side door.My car had been parked so close to the car on the left hand side that the damage could not be seen,the wing mirrors had not been retracted.There was also food on the steering wheel.I shall be taking this further as it was done rather covered up!

• Meet and Greet Checking in and out both went smoothly enough, not quite sure where the meet bit comes into it though as we were not actually met by anyone and only greeted after parking the car ourselves and walking into the office, then we were "greeted" but all in all no problems.
