• Meet and Greet Have used Meet & Greet several times at East Midlands airport. First class service with courteous staff, impossible to fault. However on this occasion I had need to change the collection date due to a flight cancellation. I called the BCP call centre but after holding the line for 6 minutes decided to hang up. Found the direct number to the car park at EMA and call was answered immediately. Issue dealt with and 2 days extra parking organised FOC. once again excellent service from the staff at EMA but not unfortunately by BCP.

• Meet and Greet The office is so small the queue was way outside the door and it was raining...could do with it being sheltered whilst waiting as not nice to then have to travel damp/wet. Staff are lovely though and do what they can x

• Meet and Greet The staff and arrangements were excellent. Unfortunately you had experienced very bad weather during the weeks we were away. Possibly as a result the footwell of my car, which I had cleaned the day I dropped it off with you, had a considerable amount of light coloured dirt. This was not restricted to the fitted mat but was also on the carpet and door sil. My first job after unpacking was to again clean the car.
