• Meet and Greet This is the 1st time we've used meet and greet and found it easy and convenient. My only gripe was my car came back really dirty, we must have had lots of dirty rain whilst we were away, so we had to stop and clean windows and wing mirrors, I understand you can't control the weather but would have liked my to be as clean as when indropped it off.

• Meet and Greet Found site from airport site but A bit pricy so searched internet and found discounted site
  I use meet and greet at other airports quite a bit and like the personal meeting bit to be honest parking myself and going to a office is not much hassle but not meet and greet as such
  That said staff were friendly and professional and I did not have to walk to far on my return

• Meet and Greet The staff at BCP were extremely helpful. My flight was delayed on the way home and I didn't have an issue. I was extremely impressed that I wasn't charged and I'd definitely recommend to other people. I will certainly be using them again when I next go away.

• Meet and Greet everything went so smoothly.from arriving at the entrance barrier to walking 35yds to hand in our car keys. no queuing and waiting for buses.

• Meet and Greet Staff were very friendly however the speed at which we thought the process should go wasn't quite up to what was described. They struggled to find our details upon check-in and it the process took a while, and on our return there were some mix ups with other customers bookings hence the queue was really long and it took ages to be served and sorted out - at midnight with a tired child this defeated the object of paying extra for a speedy departure.

• Meet and Greet When we arrived at the airport I think it could have been signposted a little clearer there were at least 2 cars in front that had taken the wrong lane and we were also a little confused until we literally got to the queue. Secondly we had to wait about 15 mins to get to the part where the intercom to "check in" I am not sure if this is usual but it felt a little bit too long to be waiting.

• Meet and Greet Easy process, amendments simple if u wish to change anything and well recommended. Don't queue for a bus, just a few meters walk to your car... Perfect
