• Meet and Greet Yes. Such a great service meet and greet. Was home - Leicester, within an hour of landing at East Midlands. Ideal if you have young babies and children who don't appreciate unnecessary delays!

  Slight difficulty finding the right lane to get into when trying to find meet and greet.
  Car abit further away than expected.
  Because of high kerbs had to carry cases to car rather than go all the way with the trolley.

• Meet and Greet When we arrived, we had to queue in the car park for 45 mins waiting to get through the 'meet and greet' barrier. It would have been far quicker (and cheaper) to just use the normal car park. We have a small child so thought meet and greet would have been the better option, obviously not on this occasion. To be fair, it was much better when we came home but I would still probably not pay for this 'extra' service again
