  • Mid Stay 2 All went smoothly EXCEPT that your instructions told me to collect a ticket at the barrier as I arrived, and then to insert it into the machine at the barrier on departure (on my return to the UK). The car park operator at the airport confirmed that that system has now been changed (I wasn't issued with a ticket, and didn't have to use one to leave - it all operates on automatic number plate recognition). Please update your instructions to avoid confusion!

  • Mid Stay 2 Overall good experience, however, the written paperwork stated we would receive a ticket at the barrier but we didn't. I had to buzz the intercom several times, the Operator stated a new system had been installed and tickets weren't issued anymore as the ANPR camera raised the barrier

  • Mid Stay 2 Slight delay on arrival. Only 2 cars ahead were waiting, but the first seemed to have trouble getting the barrier open. When I got to the front the barrier stayed up and the display showed a welcome message, but no ticket was issued. As the barrier remained up I drove in, but was concerned about being charged additional costs, so I checked with the office near the terminal building and they said if I had prepaid not to worry, if the barrier didn't open automatically press the button for assistance. On departure the number plate recognition technology obviously worked as the barrier opened automatically. I noticed also at the time of arrival that there seemed to be problems on Long stay car park 1 as there were probably about 20 cars queueing to enter. Anyone leaving their arrival to the last minute would have been in trouble.

  • Mid Stay 2 Facilities were great but I thought you could have a sign to say something about not needing to do anything further cause we were wondering around for a bit looking at how we should register and not realised that if we were in, that was it! Now I know what to do and how easy it was, I'd definitely recommend and use again

  • Mid Stay 2 The arrangements were very good, except that we were told to take a ticket when our number plate had been recognised, but we didn't need a ticket - the instructions need to be altered to make this clear.
