• Mid Stay 2 This parking facility at East Midlands could not be improved upon. You park and walk the short distance to Departures and, on arrival back, there is no hanging around waiting for shuttle buses.

• Mid Stay 2 Yes, I did not need to speak with any staff everything was smooth running. Just one thing It would be helpful to have luggage trollys in the parking area on arrival before you actually fly. It was ok on our return because we brought one from the airport but it is not a long walk so it did not cause us to many problems.

• Mid Stay 2 All nice and easy with professional team. I knew the night before travelling that I have to use "other" car for parking, so in 2 minutes by telephone everything was arranged without any problem. I use BCP since 2007 and always it was excellent.
