• Mid Stay 2 When I arrived I forgot which car park i was supposed to be in so I went to the office and they told me I was booked for short stay 3 which I parked in, then on leaving i was unable to get out the car park it was asking me to pay £65 I pressed the intercom and spoke to a women who was very unhelpful, I told her I had already paid but she said she couldn’t find me on the system yet the guy in the office on arrival found me straight away,but he had miss informed me of which car park I was supposed to be in and I had to pay the £65 to let me out and this wasted half an hour of my travelling time and made me pay twice, I have since been I in touch with the company I booked the parking with and they are dealing with it to get me a refund on the £65 pound extra I had to pay.
