• Mid Stay 2 things did not go smoothly on our return as i had to pay a £15 surcharge for overstay.
  i acknowledge i had made a mistake on my booking putting my leaving time as 2am instead of 2pm as explained by your staff when they finally managed to answer the intercom.
  she was rude and smuggly told me it was my own fault and the charge had to be paid.
  i explained i had no credit cards on me only some euros from my holiday
  she again took great delight in telling me the charge had to be paid before she would lift the barrier.
  i had to re park my car walk over to departures and find some one to buy my 50 euros so i could pay my car park fee
  i managed this and finally got released from your car park with the advice of check your booking next time from your staff
  well there wont be a next time !!

• Mid Stay 2 When we came to leave, after pre paying, the barrier would not let us out, saying it was not in use, there was people queued behind us, waited ages for someone to answer phone, had to give all our details before we were allowed out! Very stressful and not what you need or expect , when you organise everything before your holiday for a smooth experience

• Mid Stay 2 The instructions for entering and leaving need up dating they are outdated. A ticket on entry is never issued! So leaving you have no choice but to use the help button. With so many people all doing the same to exit it took a considerable time to leave.

• Mid Stay 2 Easy to find, park and I have quite a big car space was large enough to accommodate my vehicle with plenty of room for other cars to park either side, man on exit phone was very quiet maybe need to turn up volume but very efficient and friendly

• Mid Stay 2 Arrived and found the e-mailed instructions matched the signs at the airport so found our car park without issue. The time was 4.30am so we were very grateful to have our automated access granted immediately. The exit after our return was equally simple. Only possible improvement could be to make the pedestrian exit a bit clearer at night and to improve the footpaths leading to and from the car parks as their condition was quite poor.
