• Prestige The weather was very bad on return so we got wet between the terminal and the reception. You may quite rightly say that you could not be responcible for that but to get to 10:10 the walkway might have been covered.

• Prestige we arrived at our selected parking at east midlands and were greeted with warm friendly staff even though it was the early hours of the morning the staff were very helpful and were the same upon our return and it was the same people on the desk the website made our selection very easy and was easy to navigate
