  • Short Stay 3 This is the second year in a row that I've used this car park and again my vehicle registration wasn't recognised? Everyone else just drove out but I need assistance. The gentleman was helpful though he shouldn't need to be - the automatic process should work fine surely.
    Everything else was fine. Poor signage and direction in the car park - I knew where to go this time through experience.

  • Short Stay 3 It was very unclear where to park so was driving round and round looking for a bay plus once all luggage was out had to struggle with cases plus 2 year old in a pushchair as no trolleys. Plus noticed a car window had been smashed and clear film it's conserning

  • Short Stay 3 Had problem getting out of car park did not recognise number plate had to walk back to customer services only to be told to press the phone sign there was not a phone symbol on the machine so it was not cleal what to do so presses all buttons we could find till someone spoke to us the machines should have a clearer sign

  • Short Stay 3 Your instructions on the reservation e mail need updating. Instructions said that a ticket would be issued shortly after barrier lifted but this was not the case so I had to find the office. However, staff very good. Overall very good

  • Short Stay 3 Disappointed that there was no area to ensure that PRE-BOOKED customers definitely have a space. We arrived at about 11:00am and the car park was jam packed, and only because a couple was leaving did we get a space. Surely, there is a limit on drive up customers based on the fact that you know how many pre-booked customers there are, but there should be separation so that customers that have taken the time to pre-book don't then waste loads of time searching for a space.

  • Short Stay 3 On our arrival at the car park no problems finding a parking space was a little bit frustrating due to lack of free spaces which were extremely narrow managed in the end with careful manoevering
