• Short Stay 3 The car park facility was great, only issue I had was it looks like entrance and exit is now automatic via vehicle plate recognition, I was expecting to receive a ticket as described on the entry forms.

  The entry barrier machine does NOT give a ticket now and this did cause me some confusion. I had to go to the car park office to confirm that I did not need a ticket to get off when returning from Portugal.

• Short Stay 3 We didn't get a ticket on entry to the carpark as stated but when we enquired with staff in the ticket office everything was explained. It would be helpful to remove this from the instructions being issued

• Short Stay 3 Parking in long stay was fairly easy but paperwork describing process on how to enter car park was misleading it said car reg would be identified and barrier would open but to wait for card from machine it turned out we did not need to wait for a card just park up when barrier opens

• Short Stay 3 We had to park in row CC which is a good 10 minutes walk, no fun in the rain! The car is of average size, but only small spaces were available in the main area, AND the rows are too close together to allow turning.
  NPR worked well for us, but not for the car in front, so we had to wait to exit.
