• Short Stay 3 everything was ok until we came to leaving the park, when I put my ticket in to raise the barrier the message read £72 owing.i had to contact the operator and give my details before the barrier was raised. by then I had a queue of impatient drivers behind me in a horrendous downpour...

• Short Stay 3 For the second time in succession, your exit machine rejected my pre bought ticket. I noticed that the sum I was asked to pay was little different from my 'bargain' price per-booking. I needed to ring your control office to get out of the park. Thank goodness it wasn't raining. Get your act together.

• Short Stay 3 Not many parking spaces - had to keep driving round and round to find one. Also had a hold up at the exit when the barrier wouldn't lift. Tried three times with card before I could exit.

• Short Stay 3 It was early in the morning and there were absolutely NO parking spaces apart from disabled.......... after half an hour of driving around we parked on a space that was in no ones way - not disabled but not officially a parking space - had to otherwise would not have caught my flight...... i thought having booked a space it would have been easier.
