• Short Stay 3 When I arrived at the car park there was no record of my booking and I had to take a ticket to get into the car park, my flight was delayed and I arrived home very late, luckily because of bad weather the barrier had been opened or I fear I would have had to pay twice for my booking.

• Short Stay 3 Difficult to get out as someone had parked in the wrong place and blocked off the car park, had to do a tight 3 point turn and drive out the wrong way. Not BCP’s fault, but is there some way you can stop customers parking inappropriately?

• Short Stay 3 On the entry road into the airport the car park names and directions need to be more clearly marked. Twice now, I have ended up in the meet & greet car park because the signage is so vague.

• Short Stay 3 Yes very, first car park was full, but your agent redirected us to the adjoining one where there were spaces and gave us a token to exit the car park on our return.

• Short Stay 3 On arrival refused admission to car park that I had booked. Had to go to car park further 2 miles away and travel back to terminal by bus. Car park numbers had changed but was told before I went that the original car park booked would still be okay to use. No time to spare for takeoff.
