• Short Stay 3 I suppose my main gripe was that whilst the car park was only a few minutes from departures it was quite away from arrivals (in rubbish weather)! I think possibly there could be more trolley parks down each aisle? we had two cases, a car seat, golf bag carrier and a very tired grumpy 2 yr old and we had to walk 200 yds before we could get a trolley. On top of that I think some thought could be given to ensuring that there is better signage (maybe LED signs at the top of each aisle showing whether there are spaces)? There was quite a lot of luck involved in finding a space and if you chose the wrong aisle and people had followed then it became a bit of a nightmare to turn around etc.
  For the price it wasn't bad at all but in light of how busy the car parks seem maybe a bit of further investment could help the car owners experience?

• Short Stay 3 getting to the carpark itself was no problem , but the actual carpark i felt was appauling car parking was totally disorganised and carpark makings were non existant due to being totally worn out people paked in walkways so it was difficult to see the way to the treminal.I may possibly book with you agin but it may not be at east midlands.

• Short Stay 3 Long wait to get into car park and when we arrived back the ticket would not let us out and we had to contact the control via the button on the machine. It appeared other people had the same problem. otherwise good parking.

• Short Stay 3 had booked no 1 park,got there to not be able to gain entry as FULL .spoke via intercom and directed first to a park further away! and then to express park.had to ask 3 cars behind to reverse so i could get out!once at express everything went smoothly both in and on exit by quoting booking ref

• Short Stay 3 Easy to book. easy to find the car park and enter it. However, then drove around,getting stuck down various deadends to try and find a space to park. Very ridiculous, having about 20 + cars driving around trying to find a space. Easier to use carpark is a must. perhaps I'll try No2 or 3 next time

• Short Stay 3 We booked into car park one as it is nice near to departure and being pensioners not to fare to walk, we could see plenty of spare parking places to park, but sign said full go to express parking, we end up having to park at the far end of the express park having to walk a long way. Eastmidlands weekly parking rate is a lot higher than a lot of other airports heading a few miles north of East Midlands. Park with you again yes please keep your weekly rates down.
