• Short Stay 3 Staff were great. Issue with computer booking which didn't recognize car. Staff sorted everything at car park. Excellent staff support

• Short Stay 3 When I arrived back at east midlands and attempted to leave the car park I was not on the system there was no record of my payment so I had to wait around for another 20mins which was not ideal at midnight
