• Short Stay 3 Alot of the carpark was barrieried off so we had to drive around to find a space.Exiting the car-park is a nightmare due to the signs taking you round in circles.Approaching the barrier to exit did not open but said insert token we did not have a token and had never required one before.No-one answered the assistance button eventually had to exit by tail-gating another car.Very much a bad experience.

• Short Stay 3 II only gave the Experience 1 because there was not a 0 option.
  Delayed on entrance behind 2 other delayed clients.
  Parking spaces disorganised and surface of car park dreadful.
  On return could not find exit because of random parking.
  We paid £81 for a totally rubbish service, if I could be bothered I would be talking to Trading standards.
  Will NEVER be using this park or East Midlands willingly again.
