  • JetParks good directions to car park, plenty of space within each parking area, easy to locate area we came back to at night!

  • JetParks The directions we printed turned out to be far from helpful. Eventually we were led to Jetparks at Stansted by a police car, otherwise we would have missed our flight. I recommend the instructions be reviewed and a map included in the email. There was a map on the website, but it wasn't included in the email to us which I printed.
    Upon our return the number of the car park was known to us, but the number of the bus stop was different and we neglected to write it down, leading to confusion. Others too had the same problem on our bus, so plainly it's an issue. In future make plain that people should know the number of the bus stop as well as the car park.
    We met no staff, no one who could help us or direct us, but to be fair, this was reflected in the price which was good value. I have not used Stansted car parks before and they do not compare well to BCP at Gatwick where there are staff, good directions provided and helpful signs as well as clear routes to take.
    At the airport we found the Jetparks bus stop easily, but there were no seats. The driver did her best to accomodate the many lost people we encountered. We luckily decided to get off and walk to our car park along the road, not ideal, so announcing the bus stop number isn't as helpful as announcing the car park number. We were lucky rather than certain.

  • JetParks On leaving the car park the barrier did not raise and we were prompted to enter the parking ticket into the machine. I did this as instructed, however the machine took the ticket and then prompted me to try again. As the machine had my ticket, I could not do this. I pressed the call button, but it rang and rang and no help was forthcoming. I then backed away from the barrier so I could find my documents to call the car park number you had supplied. Again, no answer. I tried another barrier, and after some waiting I was answered by somebody over the intercom system. I explained the problem, they were very rude in their response and informed me that I must have put the ticket in the wrong slot. I informed her that the machine only had one slot, and she continued to be rude, informing me I was wrong (I have a photo of the machine to show that there was only one slot). She finally let us through using our reference number. I must question why she felt the need to be so rude, when she could easily have used our reference number from the start.

  • JetParks Arrival and transfer to the airport was fine however that cannot be said for the return leg which took nearly an hour from joining the queue to arriving at the car park. Pretty shoddy given how much I had paid to park in an area that had no value other than the abandonment of cars by hapless souls such as myself.
