  • JetParks Jet Parks easy to get to the car park, but shuttle service no grantee. it can take you to and from the airport from 15 mintues to more than an hour. on my return it took me an hour 10 mintues to get to my car. absoluetly horrible service and guidance on where to stand wait for the shuttle out side arrivals. Bad experience in getting back to the car.

  • JetParks Jet parks was closed when we arrived. Why didn't you let us know in advance? However, the man on the gate was very helpful and the machine issued a new exit ticket which worked fine on our return

  • JetParks Despite booking several weeks in advance when we arrived at the Stansted Long Stay Car Park I could not obtain a ticket from the barrier ticket machine & I had to call for assistance. Apparently, because the Jet Park parking I had originally booked was closed we were diverted to the Long Stay Alternative & this is why my number plate was not recognised & therefore no ticket issued. This was eventually remedied by the car park staff after a delay of approx. 10 minutes. Upon return when I inserted my prepaid ticket into your exit barrier machine I was greeted with a demand for £124 for six days parking. Obviously I called for assistance & was asked for my booking reference details etc. which I duly supplied. I was met with the response that I was not 'on the system'. After a delay of almost 15 minutes I was informed that my booking had been found & the barrier was raised to allow me to exit. One of the worst parking experiences I have ever had to endure! Additionally, we had suffered further delay on our return, prior to the barrier ticket machine problem because you were using one shuttle bus to service both the Jet Park & the Long Stay Car Park causing a delay of around 10 minutes while the bus detoured to the Jet Park for a single customer!
