• JetParks Well signposted from the motorway. Easy booking online and no problems about changing the car we were travelling in - confirmation received and new number plate recognised very quickly at entrance barrier. Suggestions:
  1 Could the buses be a little more frequent? - 20 mins is quite a long wait.
  2 Would the driver have helped my 72-year old mother with her case if she had been travelling with my father (74 years) rather than with me (somewhat younger and more able to lift the case onto the bus)?

• JetParks All went smoothly enough, although felt it would of been helpful if there was a timetable for the buses, as you didn't know if you had to wait two or twenty minutes. Also, not enough lighting when leaving the car park late at night (maybe just an issue whilst roadworks being carried out). Staff on buses were friendly enough, didn't see anyone else.
