• JetParks Bus was at the stop as we arrived - we fully expected to have to wait for the next one but he waited! Big thumbs up to the driver!!

• JetParks The registration plate recognition didn't work on entry however having used the assistance button this was promptly sorted. Staff member was very polite and gave clear instructions.
  Parking and catching the transfer bus all went very smoothly. Great service, we will be using it again.

• JetParks Easy to get into car park and out. Only thing I would say is better exit sign posts when leaving the car park. After zone X, the road/signs take you back through into a car park. The signage for the exit road could be clearer.

• JetParks When we arrived at the car park the barriers didn't go up, called for help and they lifted barrier up, on the way back at 2am the barriers didn't go up again and the help button didn't work, we moved over to the other barrier and we got through to someone. This was not ideal at 2am!

• JetParks Easy to book and easy to use, if I have one comment it is that the exit markings leaving the Pink section are not clear as you have many closed exists that cause confusion. Sort that and then all is good plus the coach driver back was really funny and helpful.
