• Long Stay I cannot think of anything that could improve the service. On arrival I got straight into the car park, the bus was waiting at the stop. On return the bus was waiting outside the terminal and we only waited about 10 mins for it to set off. I was dropped at the correct stop, the driver was friendly and courteous and announced each stop as we approached. I will be using the facility again next time I fly.

• Long Stay Parking at the long stay car park at Stansted was excellent. Signs directed to the zoned parking at 2.30am, where a bus was there to take us to the terminal. On our return to the airport at 2.00am, a bus was at the terminal - we waited 5-10mins, then back to car. Very good service. Thank uou.
