• Mid-Stay My car battery was flat on return to the carpark on a wet miserable sunday afternoon. The lovely BCP man came straight out and jump started my car himself as the roving AA van was tied up with a BMW whose owners had gone on holiday leaving the engine running. Wonderful efficient service.

• Mid-Stay The ticket barrier didn't work which meant that I had to show the receipt for my booking upon leaving. this is ok but at 12.15am when you've had a busy day and then a flight home is a little disappointing

  Having pre-booked we simply took a ticket at the barrier, parked & enjoyed our holiday. Leaving was equally as easy!

  Would use again, easy to use, frequent buses.

• Mid-Stay ticket did not print with my number plate on upon entry, therefore when I returned and put my ticket in the pay machine it wanted to charge £60.00. I went to customer services kiosk to explain what had obviously happened and after a few questions (I had my paperwork with me) I was allowed to exit the car park.
