• Mid-Stay Very Good Service. The buses were nice and warm especially at 4.00am in the morning.
  Only problem, my prepaid ticket was eaten by the machine so could not exit car park, but staff were helpful.

• Mid-Stay I use BCP at Stansted quite regularly. I would not use another car park or company as each time my experience has been 100% perfect.

• Mid-Stay We arrived nearly an hour early, but our numberplate was recognised. The route to the parking block was easy to follow & a bus picked us up less than two minutes after parking our car. The return to collect our car was just as smooth. I particularly like the clear next zone announcements. Thabk you.

• Mid-Stay There was a problem at the exit gate, as the machine did not recognise the prepayment. It was requiring payment of £204, which is not what you need at the end of a tiring journey. The info desk sorted it out quickly, though.
