  • Short Stay Why is Stansted so unbelievably pricey compared with other airports in the UK and Europe. It is cheaper now for us to use a taxi from home instead of using Stansted Parking.

  • Short Stay Great service. I paid online so the barrier recognized my licence plate on the way in and on the way out. There was no need to use the ticket the machine gave me at the entry point or to use the pay machine.

  • Short Stay Pre-booked 'Red' car-park at Stansted. Ticket and car reg. wasn't accepted until an assistant on 'help' button let us through and same happened on exit a week later. Message came up saying the ticket had already been used for exit. With paperwork somewhere in the luggage to find it was not exactly 'hassle free' parking!

  • Short Stay Generally impressed with the efficiency of booking and ANPR at the barriers of the car park, but I was sold the premium red car park at Stansted airport under the impression this was the closest car park and a 1-2 minute walk, which in fact it was not that close and the orange car park which was in fact cheaper was closest. I felt disappointed about that.

  • Short Stay AGAIN - THE EXIT ASKED FOR £250 SOMETHING AND DID NOT RECOGNIZE OUR PRE-PAID TICKET -BOOKING REFERENCE MNZ45. THIS HAPPENS EVERYTIME AT STANSTED!! We had to reverse, use another lane and the same happened. The operator finally answered and checked and let us through - no apologies, nothing. Not good enough so change the system or operator !

  • Short Stay The cameras did not recognise our number plate on the way in, so we had to press for entry. The car park was much more than a 5vmin walk especially from arrivals, which was disappointing when we paid a premium to be close.
