• Long Stay I made a mistake when booking. That is I booked till 6.30 am instead of 6.30pm. I noticed this immediately and contacted you but was told that I could not change it but to contact the NCP carpark. They said they could not change it and charged more. It should be possible to change the booking as it was purchased on the internet and so your procedures are illegal.

• Long Stay Very simple to use, had prepaid so was recognised at entrance barrier and just put in ticket on departure. Waited about 4 mins for the bus to take to airport as had just missed one and on return bus was just pulling in. Definitely recommend and will use again.
