• Long Stay First rate service and a very polite and helpfull chap on duty when I had lost my car ticket. Literally two minutes from leaving the arrivals hall to starting the car! Two more minutes and we were on the way home! Five star service at a two star price over Christmas. I am a happy camper!!!

• Long Stay No problem getting there with the directions given. We were picked up 5 mins after arrival and there was a bus wiating on return. Check out was simple.

• Long Stay On the positive side the staff in the office were polite and helpful. The carpark is conveniently close to the terminal which is a real plus.
  On the negative side the bus took over twenty minutes to arrive to pick us up from the terminal, despite the claim of 'every 10 minutes' on the website. Also, although we were the only people on the bus, the driver wouldn't open the middle door to allow us to disembark, and instead made us drag our luggage down to the front of the bus to get out the door there.

• Long Stay Although happy with the parking arrangements I was disappointed that the bus only took us to the terminal building and not to the airport hotels as we were led to believe from the hotel website.

• Long Stay I had no problems at all. The instructions were very clear about how to use the car part, the bus was timely and swift. The car park was very busy so I had to drive around looking for a space which was a bit time consuming and slightly more difficult in the dark so dedicated parking zones at booking might perhaps be helpful.
