• Long Stay Was very easy to find, waiting areas all very clean, staff were most helpful, bus was waiting at airport on our arrival, instead of having to find the phone to call for car parking bus, will be using again.

• Long Stay Signs are a bit hap hazard and with lots of parking firms within the area there was nothing distinctive about the branding. It said long stay car park on the bus but we were still unsure whether it was the right one for the car park as there was no similar branding at the car park itself. The bus had one name - the ticket had another name - and the BCP didn't make sense as when we got to the car park it said NCP. Apart from that everything else was fine and went smoothly but serious work needs to be done on branding and making everything, signs, name etc the same to avoid confusion. I hope this helps :)

• Long Stay Things did not go smoothly. I thought I had left the window open in my car and my flight was about to board. One phone call to an operator and she contacted the car park attendant who checked my car and then phoned me back to reassure me that all was ok. Great service. Thank you.

• Long Stay The carpark was fine, although the lanes and spaces were a tad narrow and manouvering was awkward in the dark.
  However my main gripe is that on all your advertising you are BCP, yet the carpark is signed as NCP, this was very confusing so I had to check with a member of staff that I was in the right place. The buses ran well and were clean so that was good.
  On returning to Glasgow airport, I read the documentation regarding what to do, and was dissapointed to see that there was nothing to tell me where to wait for the bus, so I had to wait and see where it stopped and then run to meet it.
  All these things are small, but to the fairly infrequent traveller it makes a big difference

• Long Stay Simple, easy and straightforward (providing you remeber where you have parked). Only issue is that the actual car park is badged as NCP and you are BCP, which caused some confusion!
