• JetParks 3 We used JetParks 3 and there was a problem with major road works which led to severe delays on our return. We were waiting for 45 minutes and when I rang your number, no one bothered to answer. This was at 3.30 pm.
  I cannot blame the drivers - but it is your responsibility to warn customers about this. When the bus finally turned up, only 2 of us could get on it! Many customers waiting for buses to get to the airport would have been in very heavy traffic which might have impacted on their flights. As we were waiting in the long queue just outside your park, we saw several taxis pass by.

• JetParks 3 The was an hour wait for the transport bus on return journey, due to congestion around this car park. Would not recommend this car park for next few months, but previously has been good.

• JetParks 3 No warning of road works which caused long delay in arriving and difficulty leaving site on return.. Car park virtually full, had to drive round and round for15-20 minutes& looking for a space. I say round and round but the design of the car park requires lots of reversing out of dead ends. Young couple with two children boarding return bus had driven round for 30 minutes and were worried they would miss their flight. Had to wait over 30 minutes in the rain at airport for the return bus. Had difficulty getting off bus as could not reach cases due to the large number of outgoing passengers and cases (caused by 30 minute delay between buses) picked up between car park entrance and our stop(Number).. Deep ruts in parking spaces caused by previous customers struggling to extricate their cars from the loose gravel. Worst airport parking we have ever experienced by a long way including BCP

• JetParks 3 The return journey was a nightmare. We waited in the hot sun for over an hour for a bus then cooked in a crowded bus for a further 45 minutes. We had a 3 hour journey when we left the airport and we expected to be on our way in less than half an hour.

• JetParks 3 I had to pay a supplement as I had entered the incorrect flight time, although I was also delayed 2 hours. A good idea to have your debit card to hand, though it was not busy at the time.
