• JetParks 3 Booking went wrong, your site automatically put my return date as a week later and I didn't notice until I had clicked to finish the booking. I would prefer you to leave the date for me to insert. Even though I phoned your customer services within minutes, I was told it could not be altered at less than four days! When we did get there, the bus driver ignored us and another couple even though we were all within a few yards of the bus stop and he must have seen us.

• JetParks 3 Inadequate bus capacity to transfer back to the carpark on return. It took 3 buses before I could board a bus back to my car. Someone else had waited an hour before he could get on a bus. Also the automatic gates seemed to be having problems recognising number plates.
