• JetParks 3 Marking around the park was poor especially in the dark. Some cul de sacs which required reversing out of when trying to find a spot. Security and transport excellent.

• JetParks 3 Parking area was very crowded when we arrived just after on Monday, the day of flight. Two weeks later returned in pouring rain at. The shuttle bus arrived just as we emnerged from Terminal 1, and after a further pick-up it was full with standing in aisle. It was almost impossible to see outside to discover whereabouts we were in the parking lot and the driver was not making any audible announcements of the number of each bus stop. Some with us discovered that they had already gone past the stop they wanted. These arrangements for delivering passengers to where they need to be should be reviewed.
  We then found it VERY difficult, in the dark, to find where the exit was: the pedestrian exits were well labelled, but not for cars.

• JetParks 3 Everything had gone fine until we got back and were told we needed to pay £10 as overstayed the time. When booking I only remember putting arrival time and flight number we were told our time had run out at am that morning. Surely when you have the choice to enter flight numbers BCP should know times of return. This really put a dampener on the whole experience.
