• JetParks 3 Very good staff. The driver waited for us to unload the car on our arrival and on our return the driver waited for us to reach our car and open it before driving off. The entry and exit system worked very well. Excellent service, good value for money.

• JetParks 3 As ever, the provison of prompt transport to and from the Airport terminus was excellent, and the total cost of parking for two weeks is very reasonable. But this year we had extra reasons for being grateful for the service. When we returned to the Jet 3 park at Manchester Airport, we found that our car battery had gone flat -- and we don't own a mobile. So what could we do? The BCP driver told us to press the 'Help' button at the entrance to the park: we were immediately talking to someone who promised that help would come within a few minutes, which is exactly what happened. A mechanic arrived, jump leads were put in place, and we were started. The relief was enormous! But then came the next suprise: he assured us there was no charge for this service. How could we not be more grateful? Full marks to BCP and their organisation.

• JetParks 3 The drivers were helpful and cheerful. The coaches were frequent and running regularly - not having to ring to inform of our arrival was helpful. The price was competitive. All in all, I'm pleased. The directions to the place were not that helpful for those who travel from the south, e.g. via the A34, for example.

• JetParks 3 we usually book to park in jet parks 1 or 2, but this time got offered a cheaper deal on jet parks 3, which we hadn't used or heard of. described as 'on terminal' and suggesting the same (PERFECT!) service as the other 2 parks, we booked. it was fine but in the future, given a choice we would return to j.p.1 or 2 because it has always seemed that the transfer is less busy, hasn't got as many stops to make and isn't so far. but still a great service! thanks, and we'll be back... in july in fact!

• JetParks 3 As always our holiday got off to a great start by using BCP. Email confirmation of our booking was efficient and self explanatory for directions. The bus drivers are wonderful (Get the one who likes to joke along with you ("U2" the name of a pop group). The barrrier normally recognises our number plate but this time it didn't and I didnt have the barcode the scan, but on speaking through the microphone to staff - no problems. Would DEFINITELY recommend and hope to travel again soon.
