• JetParks 3 Everything went very smoothly. Arrival went without a hitch and the bus drivers were very polite and waited for me to reach the buses. The staff in the office on site were great when we returned and realized the car battery was flat by ensuring that the breakdown truck could get in and reach us ok. Great customer service all around.

• JetParks 3 No problems at all,great directions given to the car park which was clearly marked out with numbered rows so there was no danger of forgetting where you had parked.Also the bus stands clearly numbered.The staff where all polite,helpful and friendly.I have use BCP for several years and will continue to do so.Many thanks for providing an excellent service at a reasonable price.

  Transfer was good on the way there.
  On the way back we were left waiting 10 minutes on the bus due to the driver changing and "not knowing where the replacement driver was". This was the only disappointment.
  Other than that things were good and i would consider using again.

• JetParks 3 We have used your car park several times before. Jetpark 3 is an ideal location, just 5 minutes from the Premier Inn, where we stayed ovenight as we had an early flight. After we parked the shuttle bus was there within minutes and in no time we were at the airport. On our return we had only a five minute wait for the shuttle bus back. I must mention the courteous attitude and helpfulness of the shuttle bus drivers. Will definitley use your facility again.
