• JetParks 3 Finding somewhere to park the car was not easy. An indication of spaces and where they are would be very useful. Maybe use areas on a day basis and rotate areas ??

• JetParks 3 As usual everything ran smoothly and we parked up and the bus was there to take us to the terminal. Likewise it was the same on our return.
  We never came across any staff apart from the bus drivers who were great.
  We always recommend Jet Parks to our family and friends.

• JetParks 3 Booking straight forward. Preferred Jet Park 2 as prev used & nearer to Terminal 2! Transfer from car park on arrival no problems. Transfer from Airport on our return to Jet Park 3 poor, a bus was there on arrival at bus stop but it stated drop off only, yet some people from our flight had just got on, we were not allowed even though there were plenty of spaces! We then had to wait 20mins before another bus came along!

  The staff in the bus very friendly.

• JetParks 3 Fantastic. The shuttle bus was going past as we unloaded our car and he waited for us even though it wasn't a bus stop. On return we missed the stop and the driver went round the carpark again and dropped us off right by our car. Would give this service a Gold Medal!!!!! haha

• JetParks 3 Exit Signage poor for drivers and good for pedestrians. Need illumination to show exit in huge car park. Bus stops not very visible at night. All passengers confused after long flights. Grumpy bus driver not very helpful. Apart from these difficulties at midnight all fine!!
